  1. Delivery and Shipping Costs

The order will be shipped within 15 working days with DHL or UPS after receipt of payment. The order is

delivered free of charge above a threshold of € 1.800 within the EU and € 2.500 for all the other

countries.

 

  1. Order Confirmation

The order is confirmed if you receive an e-mail with a proforma invoice for the prepayment.

 

 

  1. Payment Conditions

The payment has to be made in advance and can be made as follows:

We do not accept check.

In case of wrong payments (double payments, payment made on a wrong bank and not on the one

indicated on the proforma etc...) we'll charge €20,00 for administrative procedures management.

  1. Returns of defective items

In relation to defective items, we offer the following contractual rights.

In circumstances where you consider that the item does not conform with the Contract at the time of delivery, you should promptly contact us with details of the item and its damage including photos.

We will fully examine the photos and your description and will notify you or your client about right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.

We will ask you to return the item if we can repair the item or if there was a defect in the production of the item.

If the product is damaged due to misuse or is not repairable we will not ask you to return the product.

We will usually process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 working days. Items returned by you because of a defect, where one exists, will be repaired or replaced, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

Our products are handmade, therefore from time to time there may be natural blemishes and variations.

These are characteristics of the paper and are not considered to be product flaw. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products and natural fibres.

They do not affect the strength of our paper only add to its charm.

Each and every design is one of a kind.
